"Hotel is in a great location near the canal, Leeds dock and the Armouries museum and a 15min pleasant walk to the city centre. Very quiet area, no traffic, but with a clean parking lot nearby. Comfortable double room with a huge bed, although we were provided with a room for disabled people which we didn't ask for (hotel was allegedly full so unable to change). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice and in a large open dining area."

"Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

"Likes: parking outside (though at a reduced charge of £13 for 24hrs - parking tricky to find in Leeds C C!) Location quite good for visiting Uni, shower was good, breakfast included. Dislikes; the air con we booked this hotel for was appalling, chucked out dust and gave son a sore throat, super duper noisy even through ear plugs, and there was what felt like single glazing as very noisy coming from outside. Hotel is next to building sites and practice for station. We got very little sleep. Also...
