"The cleaning staff were extremely nice and would make the beds, clean the bathroom, swap towels each day - no matter what time it was. I actually told them on at least 2 occasions it wasn’t necessary and just handed them our used towels which they replaced. We were there 6 nights. Whenever we needed more toiletries they were very nice and helpful. Any staff we asked any questions to always was very polite and helpful. I did bring my own small fan from home which I was grateful for. Would stay here again. "

"The pool area was very nice. The ambiance was nice and the place was conveniently close to the tram. Staff were courteous. The parking was free and was not difficult to find a spot. Was not a huge fan of the bathroom being seperated in the room from shower and sink. But this was not a deal breaker. Would stay there again. "
