"The staff is amazingly friendly! We had a great stay at this traditional hotel. Older hotel but very clean! The views are incredible from the room and the park across the street is amazing! The best part of this all was the dining experience for dinner AND breakfast. Traditional Japanese meals with so many yummy things to try! "

"Very relaxing. Booked a private onsen room and half board. Definitely a nice break from travelling in bigger cities. Rented bikes right next door and biked around the entire lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again. "
