"Amazing resort with lots of choices of pools, bars, restaurants, locations to hang out or be active. Staff are incredibly responsive and kinds. Only problem was limited selection of wines or champagne or Prosecco. Great if you like lots of mixed drinks but not so much if wine is your preferred drink. "

"Resort was excellent as was the staff. A few area's of the resort could use some updates but nowhere near outdated. Only real thing we found that needs improvement was the dining reservations. "

"Security team was top notch when there was a couple who were fighting. They intervened immediately since they were disturbing other who are sleeping. No basketball court nothing much to do in the area. Was boring and nothing to do much. Food was great. Staff are courteous and friendly. Blankets are too thin. "

"It took forever to check in. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes because there were only two staff at the counter and long lines of people. The website says airport transportation included however, if you are traveling out of terminal one, you have to walk all the way. American Airlines is about a 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away and they expect you to walk."
