The staff is unbelievably kind and responsive. However, the shared bathroom was very small- unless you have 1 of the 2 rooms with private bathrooms- the main reason for 3 instead of 4 stars. It gets cold at night, but the space heater kept the room warm, just make sure to ask for it. The neighborhood is unbeatable with restaurants and first class shopping.

Absolutely loved my bugambilia room The entire house is decorated beautifully and rhe art throughout the B&B gives this Casa Itzea full home vibes 🙌 Enriqueta was amazing and the breakfast has prepared for us was scrumptious 😋 When I’m back in CDMX I will definitely stay here again and polanquito area has everything nearby coffee shops and lots of dining options and Parque Lincoln is a very nice and safe place to walk and stroll Very family friendly area

Be aware of

Its important to specify that there are 3 rooms that share an extremely small bathroom. Rooms that face the street are very loud and noisy. Separation between rooms are not sufficiently isolated you here everything and I mean everything from the room next to you. The only best thing about this place is the location

Itzaee is in the middle of the most delightful neighborhood, walkable, safe, and a gastronomical neighborhood that astounds. It is quiet, my room had a window that let in just the right amount of light. The lady in charge while I was there was exceptionally hospitable, and helpful in pointing in the right direction, they even arrange for a taxi on their own cell phones. However, the hot water did not work, it was either too hot, or cold and I took cold showers. Regretfully that is important to me. The electrical plugs were unreliable

FORMAL LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS PLACE

I want to start saying that im going to make a formal lawsuit against this property or hotels.com, because im not getting response from no one. I was bitten by the owners french bulldog , and this is just one of the other 4 dogs she has in the facility. She left all her dogs out without a leash while i was getting in my room and she even said that one in Specific is very aggressive because it has a tumor in the head. I had to scream like crazy to her, so she could come get her dog while it was biting in all foot i even had to kick the dog away and confronted it, i was so afraid for my moms and my integrity. Because the other 3 dogs were getting aggresive too for watching the bulldogs conduct, it was a very dangerous situation and the owner saw everything. In the other hand, Im really upset to hotels.com, because I've being trying to contact them to tell them this situation, not just this situation, but the conditions this person is renting this facility, im a 240lb guy, and i was unable to shower, use the toilet or wash my teeth, this bathroom was literally a 1.5ft x 1.5ft . Unsane....!!!! I was so embarrassed with my mom, because she preferred to use someone elses bathroom intead the one i rented for her. The elevator was so nasty, dirty and in some times wasnt working, forcing us to walk all the way up to the 5th floor, my mom is a 66 year old Hotels.com used to have an impeccable customer service, but im not sure about that anymore... please, please.. dont stay here

La habitacion es buena, la atencion por parte del personal muy buena. En cuestion de pribacidad no es un bunen ya que se escucha todo el ruido que hacen los demas inquilinos, ese piso de madera es fatal es muy ruidoso y el baño ufff no tengo problema que sea compartido pero el tamaño es de muy mal gusto y eso de salir envuelto en toalla y pasar por el comedo no es agradable no tienen nada de privacidad, pero la atencion y limpieza muy bien lo demas comentado muy mal. por la zona creo que queda a deber.

Lo unico que no me gudto , es que habia un ruido afuera de mi cuarto , parecido a cuando alguien usa el bano. El ruido se oia toda,la noche y no dejaba dormir.

Mucho ruido ocasionado por otros huespedes, las condiciones de el imueble no impide que el ruido sea menor, estuve 3 noches y nunca fueron a limpiar la habitacion hasta que la desocupe.

Todo muy bien en Itzae es la 2da vez que llego ahí .Muy bien ubicado .Agusto y bonito el area para caminar muchos restaurantes,bistros en el area.

Es una magnífica opción, la ubicación es inmejorable, el personal es muy amable y todo está bastante limpio. Sugiero cambiar el piso de madera para reducir ruidos.
