"They cancelled my room the day before my arrival and tired to put me in a different hotel further to where I wanted to stay when I refused they refused to refund me my money Shock. For the price I paid you would never think it’s a 1* hotel. The check in was such a complex experience, as it was a third party dealing with it so you had to WhatsApp a number for them to come give you the keys. Very weird. Rooms are so dirty, sheets were dirty, no toilet paper, no towels. Bugs in the bathroom. They should not be allowed to put pictures like this to advertise a place that does not look anything like the pictures. "
