"I've stayed in many hotels, both abroad and here at home, but Novotel truly stands out as one of the best I've ever experienced. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless, and the view was beautiful. I have visited many hotels, both overseas and in this country. Novotel was one of the most excellent hotels I have ever seen in my entire life, in terms of service, clean rooms, great views, and excellent food. The food was delicious."

"What stood out to me about this hotel is that the staff is excellent. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure guests are having a great experience. Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. Although we purchased a room with two beds, we were given 3, but I’m not complaining. An extra bed was really nice. The buffet options were decent. We stayed a total of 3 days, and each day had a different food selection. The transportation is the most convenient about this hotel, because it’s right across from the entrance. Although the hotel has its own shuttle bus, I chose to take the free public buses to Makkah that were across from the hotel that ran more frequently. The bus station that deports from Makkah was also easy to access, and ran frequently. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Makkah. "

"I always stay at the Fairmont whenever I come for Umrah, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable because you can get to and from the Haram so easily, without any stress. The property is spotless and the staff is consistently warm and respectful. I especially want to mention Abdur Rehman from the breakfast buffet. He was genuinely such a pleasant person and looked after me every morning. His kindness and attention really stood out and made my mornings feel so welcoming. I also needed to extend my checkout by an hour and the team was incredibly accommodating. Little things like that make a huge difference when you’re traveling. Overall, Fairmont continues to be my go-to. I always feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease here."
