"Everything is good except the nightmare shuttle service. I spent 5 days; it was working the first 2 days then stopped working the rest of days. It is really hard to go to Haram without bus shuttle. The other transportation is not available all the time and taxis are so expensive. I don't know if that happened regularly with the hotel or if it was bad luck. I was really tired because that issue; you can't walk to the Haram as it is a hill road and far away from the Haram, I didn't recommend that...
