"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "

We had a long flight from Canada, we reached few hours before our check in time and staff was kind enough to give us rooms upon arrival without making us wait at all .

"Food was really nice,with a lot of options in the buffet. We had a king suite which was nice and spacious.
Staff were very nice and approachable.
We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve. He arranged for all our luggage to be transferred to another more superior room suite with fantastic views and arranged for complementary refreshments for the inconvenience. It was good to see that they take hygeine concerns so seriously. Stayed at this hotel twice now and would definitely return in future."
