"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Not the best hotel for the price. Check in experience was bad and so was the check out. Had to plead for help with the luggage transfers to and from the room. Was made to pay 1500 Yen as disposal fee for an empty suitcase which we could not bring with us. Location is far from the happening places. You have to pay for basic amenities like Gym and Pool. ONESEN was a good feature and the views are nice."

"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

"Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Amenities well stocked. Staff members was lovely and communicated everything very well. If catching the train it may be a bit of a walk with alot of luggage, pack light. Ubers are available. GPS doesn't always help when you are walking through the subways so look for the exit gate numbers. Room was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Used google translate to help operate remotes, rice cooker and washer and dryer....
