"We really enjoyed the extensive and delicious buffet breakfast. We also appreciated the convenient luggage check in area and the free shuttle bus to the train station. "
"It was a wonderful stay and fairly convenient to the Shinagawa Station. Should have read up on the Prince Hotels in Shinagawa were linked by a shuttle bus. The Hotel grounds and lobby were welcoming, definitely will be my choice for next trip!"
"Excellent location and restaurants in the hotel, train station was near by, on site parking was easy and Shinagawa train station is less then a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful also "
"The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly. "
"The hotels in Japan I stayed at were great, I wish I had requested a bridge view if they have one. I wasn't thrilled with food options personally but they are trying to cater to all nationalities and I was being spoiled in Kyoto. The seven eleven was really picked over. The bakery is wonderful I wish it had more extended hours. The mall has a food court, but it's mall food. I picked the hotel for its ease of use to airport and it was fantastic for my purposes."
