"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Beautiful new property. Outstanding staff from checkin to checkout. Nice breakfast buffet, and a nice bar/pub style restaurant attached. The rooms are small,(that’s Tokyo), but very very nice. Close to 2 subway stations! The Airport Limousine Bus stops here, very convenient."

"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

"Pro - Location - subway is at the same building Breakfast - very good Room - we were on 13 floor and view was fantastic and size was good. Hot spring - fantastic view Con - Location - it’s a bit far from center Staff - there was no service at all. You will need to go down to lobby for “everything” such as towels, pillows … toilet paper. They won’t do any delivery. Room - it got really noisy in the morning Hot spring - you need to bring the towel from your room. Will we stay here...

"Conveniently located close to Tamachi station easy to reach al major sights while staying in an area that is quiet and clean. Amenities are great, coffee and tea are available in the lobby and they also have toiletries such as toothbrush, bathsalt, ect available for free. Breakfast was okay limited western options like omelette bacon saussage mini croissant."

"The hotel room was spacious enough for three people, and they kindly set up three single beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was generally clean. Despite being on the 5th floor facing the intersection, the noise from the street was surprisingly muted – much quieter than some reviews suggested. While some guests mentioned the staff being indifferent or not engaging in small talk, it's important to understand that this is typical of Japanese service, which tends to be more formal...
