"I booked and paid through EXPEDIA 1 room for 2 nights at Formosa Hotel, Batam, Indonesia. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel (by taxi), the hotel was totally CLOSED for renovation!!! It was not easy to find another hotel as we are not very familiar with other hotels in the area. Now let’s see how fast EXPEDIA will refund me. "
