"The hotel is conveniently located next to Grand Batam Mall.
The room is very clean and some complimentary soft drinks and snacks are available in the room.
Front Office staff, F & B staff, Conceirge and Housekeeping & Maintenance staff were all very helpful, friendly and competent.
Suggest that should be live band performing in the lobby lounge in the evenings."

"The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... Not to forget, the toilet paper was missing and the WiFi is not working.
If you chose payment direct to owner, please make sure you carry enough cash with you. Card is NOT an option.
Definitely will not go back again."
