"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel.

"We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel has the perfect location to explore London. The staff is extremely nice and we felt very welcome. Especially the front desk agent that checked us in and also checked us out, went above and beyond. He was very kind, paid attention to our needs, explained everything in detail, was very empathetic. "The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty.
The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. The Breakfast Buffet offerings were diverse and yummy.

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."
