"Everything was great. Clean room, nice and quiet, good area on the Island. The only issue was the very rude nighttime employee... he wears glasses and has some facial hair, he was just all around rude... did his job but he made it seem like you were a burden. On the other hand, the woman who was working that checked me out was very very nice, so sweet and eager to help. I still give this place 5 start even with the rude dude. Very affordable and very nice hotel. I will be back in the future!!!"

"The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, and it's all well set up. We had prepaid for three nights at non-refundable rate, but needed to leave a day early because of the big snowstorm. They didn't need to, but when asked they agreed to refund our third night. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn."
