"I liked being able to park the car in the hotel parking lot."

"The bathroom toilet didn't have a cover which was strange. Don't know if the ac in my room wasn't working but it just wouldn't seem to get cold. The room was a good size & nicely designed. Staff was friendly and willing to help. "

"Customer Service was horrible. Frint desk agent didn't even say hi, hello. When i called if parking lot was for free they told me yes but when i got thete they charge me $27 tax. "

"When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel had been shut down. And a couple hours before I arrived, i got an email from expedia which said that my reservation had been cancelled, so i reaches out to expedia travel agent at the expedia apps. And I informed the agent regarding the email, and the agent said that my reservation still on going and they sent me recofirmation and they said that I will not have any problem and just go directly to the hotel. And I went as told to the hotel and arrived there....
