"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Great location, modern nicely decorated room. Previous occupants shampoo/conditioner were left in the showe which left us wondering how thoroughly cleaned the shower had been. The walls are very thin between rooms & unfortunately we had incredibly noisy neighbours with loud music and loud voices. We did contact reception but there are no staff on site to deal with issues like that."

"The room was super noisy, I was anticipating it being somewhat noisy due to previous reviews however you can literally hear everything that happens in the hotel. The staff were super rude and unhelpful. The front desk clerk when I checked in was overly rude because I had sent a message stating that my flight had been cancelled however no one ever responded to me so I ended up taking an extra 12 hours to arrive. "This is a precious little hotel. Everything is stellar, but we wish to acknowledge the staff in particular. Nadia, Anna, and Susanna at reception could not have been more helpful.
