"The person on duty when I checked in, upon hearing that I was there for work, very kindly gave me a room facing the courtyard and away from street noise (fears of big World Cup noise the night before a big meeting). So I appreciated that! I booked this hotel because of proximity to my meeting, to the Metro, and they promised air conditioning during a heat wave.
