Really nice hotel close to the metro station. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot in the garage, so we we were happy to park the car there for 25 euro’s per night.

Beautiful hotel, great location and very very clean. Lovely small bar also. Very close to a a Metro station. It is a small hotel with a small lift but staff are very friendly and welcoming and rooms, bathrooms well decorated, spotless and modern.

Clean semi comfy group room at a decent price

The hotel room itself was clean. Although I was disappointed by not having a mini fridge. The water pressure and temp in the shower were excellent. We had a room with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The queen bed was comfortable, but the twin beds were 2 of 5 for comfort, but 5 of 5 for size and convenience. Maybe kids would have been more comfortable? Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The area was different than expected though. Not the hotel’s issue, but would have preferred a different location after having stayed.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, as they let us check in early and changed our room promptly when the toilet wasn't working anymore. The area felt a little unsafe at night when returning from the city center, but otherwise we had no issues with safety.

Comfortable and clean. Like another reviewer wrote, the temperature in the shower changed very quickly without us touching it, and my toddler screamed a few times because it was suddenly so hot. Also, they wouldn't give us two keys at check in and only gave another when I had to ask for the third time to be let upstairs. Otherwise, it was ok. Very close to the canal with lots of restaurant options and things to do during Paris Plages in July.

Perfect in many ways

This was my third visit to this property. I choose it due to its proximity to Philharmonie de Paris for concerts I am attending. It is convenient, modern, clean and very welcoming. An added plus was to enjoy the music in the lounge. What a treat!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, with plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby, many of which stay open late. There's also a grocery store right next door, which was extremely handy. That said, there were a couple of minor downsides. If your room faces the front, you will hear some traffic noise from the road. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was occasionally inconsistent. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was positive, and would recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and friendly service.
