Para lo q cobran el servicio del personal del check in,pesimo.el cuarto no tenia toallas para manos.el TV solo 1 canal...los clientes del restaurant invaden la zona de hotel y piscina...no me gusto...por elnprecio de 369 soles consigo hoteles mas exclusivos y con mejor servicio...

El personal del hotel indico que no trabajan con la pagina Hotels.com desde hace un año, por lo que ellos no recibieron la reserva y cobraron un poco mas de lo que indicaba la reservacion que realice por este medio. Si el hotel ya no usa este servicio, deberian de retirarlo de la pagina, si no hubieran habido habitaciones libres, toda mi familia se habria trasladado en vano.

Mi habitación tuvo polillas en la cama siempre. El lugar estuvo muy sucio y tuve que pedir que limpien. Las cortinas estaban también en condiciones sucias. La madera en las habitaciones están totalmente carcomida

Estancia domingo para lunes

El cuarto agradable todo limpio , la comida buena , las bebidas insipidas , la psicina restringuida es 1.30 hora solo 1 vez puedes entrar , lugar agradable y acogedor , no se puede acceder a los juegos de mesa , ni niños , no hay sercivios a la habitacion solo es apartir de las 6pm , la tv no es smar tv para entreteminiento de los niños , el desayuno limitado , no agradable

Für Leute die kein Spanisch können ungeeignet

Das Essen ist gut. Leider spricht das Personal an der Rezeption kein Englisch. Das wurde bei der Buchung anders angegeben. Die Bungalows sind an den Fenstern nicht verschlossen wodurch es Nachts sehr kalt werden kann. Dadurch kommen leider auch unzählige Insekten in das Zimmer. Nach einer eher schlaflosen, durch Moskitos zerstochenen Nacht würde ich das Hotel in Zukunft meiden.
