las fotos muestran lago mucho mejor de lo que es, en realidad el edificio del hotel es feo, es un motel unicamente como para pasar la noche y ya. lo unico bueno son las camas pero el baño tenia gotera en la ducha, se veian los acabados oxidados y las otras cosas no funcionaban

Our last night spent there was the last day the motel was open for after decades of service. We got bed bugs. There is a list of thing that went wrong.. by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

DO NOT BOOK! Disgusting!

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in! Disgusting. We booked based on the great location on the strip, not knowing we’d be walking into literal hell. The hotel was nasty period. We realized our tv didn’t work once we got back to the room that night to settle down. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man up. He couldn’t get it to work so he went to 3 different rooms!! Now he’s radioed the office for the 3rd time about a tv and the guy on the other end is yelling at him to do his job. ?????? THE TVS DONT WORK. So I call and ask to be moved to another room and he tells me “no I’m waiting for him to do his job.” We were fed up at this point and I asked him to leave and we’d deal with the manager in the morning. I went down bright and early to speak to the front desk “manager”. I explained to her what happened the night before and expressed how I did not appreciate the customer service for paying $113 a night. She literally said “that’s why we’re getting shut down on the 12th” and point to a sign on the window. (I hasn’t noticed). It was June 4th. She basically was saying they were closing down and didn’t care. I told her I wanted a refund because I paid $400 yo stay there to which is replied “you paid through hotels.com”. I called them and explained the situation and they gave me a voucher to move immediately to Polo Towers with a balcony and refunded me my unused nights immediately. Thank you Hotels.com for saving my anniversary trip!!!!

Right in the middle of strip. Just park the car and strill slong. Plenty of restuarants and shop both sides. This is the third time we stay. Parking right at your room.

When I went into my room, the toilet still clogged from the person who stayed before me and I had to call maintanance. Interaction was extremely weird. They also hold expedia payment and have you still pay full amount on card but do not inform you until you are checking in. I would never again stay at this property; especially for the amount they charge per night. I would call this a $60 a night place at best.
