"Great location in WPB. Great service from the bell hops to the pool attendants and housekeeping. The rooms are updated and clean. The mattress was a little hard but the pillows were top notch. It’s an easy walk to shops restaurants and clubs on Clematis or take the complimentary shuttle. Just FYI, it’s a cashless hotel and the gratuities are already added to you food and beverage bills. We will definitely stay here again when back in town. "

"Checked in late (between 11:30 pm and 12:00 am). Very fast check in process, no issues. Xavier was the person working the desk the evening we were there. He was very accommodating and friendly! Woke up early the next morning to use the gym and pool. Gym was sufficient; has Peloton bikes. The best part of the property in the pool deck, landscaping around the deck and boardwalk areas. Everything was maintained very well in the outdoor areas. Rooms were typical hotel rooms; nothing special or...
