Nice place with clean environment. Near Langkawi Airport but will need to travel out for any activities... Not many shop around the hotel area. Recommended for relax and slow pace travellers. But nice swimming pool and views.
excellent location to airport no noise from planes very big rooms very clean Hotel a little run down but excellent breakfast clean rooms and very easy to move around Langkawi
Sorry- it's just for IRONMAN participants + perfect location, between the Langkawi airport and MIEC. No need for taxi. + friendly hotel staff + very large room, more than enough for bike setup ? No hotel restaurant/bar, the airport is the nearest commercial facilities (3 min walk) ? Poor bathroom ...
Fantastic holiday for all. We had the beach front rooms. Absolutely wonderful sunrise and sunset. The property itself had everything, from breakfast to leisure activities to relaxing by the bay. Staff were great and accommodating. Highly recommended.
nice house. suitable for family and friends. i came with my 6 friends and it's very comfortable for us. but the house entrance way is quite narrow but still near to cenang beach. unfortunately the toilet room has one only. anyway, the host is very friendly and very soft spoken. overall it's okay. ...
kedudukan hotel mudah dicari. dekat dgn airport. suasana persekitaran hotel jauh dgn kesibukan bandar. sgt tenang dan merehatkan.. servis juga baik.
very friendly staff, hotel ok, you got what you pay for
It was good. Nice place but little but far from the center. The pool was nice, the room was good and the hotel has a fantastic garden.

Langkawi International Airport (LGK) is the only air gateway to Langkawi, one of Malaysia's perennially popular island getaways. The airport stands on Langkawi's southwest coast less than a 30-minute drive west of Kuah, the island's town centre. More than a million and a half passengers used Langkawi International Airport (LGK) in 2009.Don’t Miss
Japanese and British troops in WWII were the first people to fly in the present day location of Langkawi International Airport (LGK) several decades before the airport welcomed its first commercial flights in 1993. In addition to being a Rayani Air hub, the airport also handles SilkAir, Tigerair, and AirAsia flights to Singapore. Rayani Air, Malaysia Airlines, Firefly, and AirAsia all make the 60-minute flight between Langkawi International Airport (LGK) and Kuala Lumpur.
This Padang Matsirat airport is also spacious, bright, painted white with grey tiles, and simple to navigate. Passengers can exchange currency or take care of banking business at the Maybank next to the arrival hall door. The arrival hall also includes a couple of ATMs, a tourist information centre, and a bank of public telephones which accept Malaysian currency or telephone cards.Restaurants and Bars
The main eating options at Langkawi International Airport (LGK) are a couple of cafés which serve sandwiches, coffee, hamburgers, and ice cream. Chicken, rice, and noodles are some of the items used to prepare the Malaysian meals also on offer at these establishments. There is also a small restaurant situated just a five-minute walk outside of the airport.Shopping
Langkawi is famous as a duty-free island, and its airport is no exception to this rule. No fewer than 25 different duty-free outlets are located in a large common hall at Langkawi International Airport (LGK). One of the largest duty-free shops sells cosmetics, perfume, and Langkawi souvenirs like golden brown eagle plaster of Paris statues. Liquor and tobacco are sold at another large store, while clothing and chocolates are on offer at some smaller ones.
