"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

There are many restaurants within walking distance, making dining extremely convenient, and being in the city center made getting around very easy. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet, well soundproofed, and very clean. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable place to stay."

"The location was great right I. The center of the central business district and walkable to many tourists attractions and great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was like an apt with a kitchen, dining area, living room and two separate bedrooms. We had breakfast included at their restaurant and the food was amazing with very friendly staff. "
