"I was very disappointed in one thing - They advertised a pillow menu, so the family saved car space and didn't bring pillows from home, thinking I would find a pillow to suit. I called #7 reception as mentioned to 'order' pillows for the family, no answer. We did this 3 times, and went down to reception twice - both times there was no one around - and this was between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. We all woke up with sore necks and was very disappointed."

"The Executive Harbour suite is worth the price. We had a beautiful view of the harbour, bridge and the Opera house. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the suite. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canepes offered a good spread. Some items were a bit dated. For example the bluetooth speaker was not working but the staff promptly provided us with a replacement. Overall it was a good stay."

"Our stay at the Four Seasons was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating such a warm, cozy, and luxurious atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. One of the highlights was the beautiful surprise treat left in our room for my son, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made him feel incredibly special. The pool area was spacious, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and the attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Thank you to everyone at the Four Seasons for making our stay so special. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience."
