"The beach and water were perfect. Some of the beaches at the resorts past Whaler's Village were too rocky. The Outrigger was right by Black Rock for cliff diving and great snorkeling with a short walk on the beach. The pool is old, but it is being renovated. "It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked.
