"The staff is so friendly, and welcoming. The hotel is kept clean throughout the day, and the rooms are very clean. Location is fantastic, one escalator ride down and you're right in the middle of everything; shopping, dining, entertainment, and the beach. The hotel is the location of the Cirque du Soliel so sometimes the lobby is crowded if you're leaving/coming back in the evening. I will be coming back!"

"Third time returning guests. We reserved a resort view room months ago, but the one we eventually got was facing the street with zero view of the resort. The front desk lady also claimed they were fully booked over the period so cannot just do a room transfer. If the property is so keen to categorize all types of rooms, why not just strip Street view out of resort view like what you are doing for standard rooms? And a major problem with the street view rooms was that garbage collection...

"The moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Aulani app was useful for events at the resort, such as times to see characters-Stitch, Moana, etc. It was easy purchasing items with the room key card. The food at the resort is expensive. Luckily across the street (6 minutes walking distance) there’s a store behind the Starbucks that sell cheaper meals, snacks, etc."

"The overall experience was enjoyable. We used the valet service to avoid having to find parking... saving us time and unnecessary stress. Checking into the hotel was smooth and pleasant with the friendly front staff. The hotel is under construction, but they had signs to help navigate the area. "The amenities at the Hokupa tower were excellent, the food for breakfast and dinner were really good. Our rooms were located on 9th floor and the view of the pools and the ocean were breathtaking. The location of the resort is unbelievable, close to the shopping and more restaurants. Overall great experience."
