"The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was cleaned. The only thing was that the room was not equipped with a small fridge to store our perishables. Called front desk and asked for $20.00 if I wanted one in the room."

"Unfortunately the start of our five night day was met with a receptionist who is a bit cranky. This put my wife and I back a bit. Since we are early we decided to have a cup of coffee at their barista and were met with another person that wasn't so happy either. Needless to say they lost our business to two of the Starbucks located in other establishments"

"We were put in the oldest tower. Several of the elevators didn’t work and we ended up getting stuck in one with 12 other people for a few minutes. When it let us out after pushing the emergency button we had to walk the remaining 5 flights. I complained and the hotel only refunded half of the resort fee. The property needs some serious updating."

"Property is dated and needs complete redo. Front desk staff was sparse! Price was good but not to expect much…."
