"The location, cleanliness, and services at this property were simply perfect! But what makes this place extraordinary is the exceptional staff. I lost/left behind some personal items. And I cannot thank Andrew, in housekeeping, enough for all the trouble he went to to help me find and arrange retrieving my items. And he did so with amazing patience, professionalism, and kindness. "Stayed twice in one week, both times a Junior suite. Second time we had the Junior suite with river view, which is nice, but also gives you the noise of bikes/scooters on the boardwalk. Loved the space, bathroom is incredible big and the shower is fantastic. Very accommodating when we asked for a later check out (late flight). "The front desk really made it a point to make things right. The bed was a memory foam bed which my husband and I found uncomfortable but the front desk really made it an issue to fix it for us as soon as they knew"
