Locked parking gate inconvenience

The hotel was very clean but the parking has a gate that is locked and you need to call the front desk first so they can open the gate and then you can enter

When you advertise a hotel with a picture of a Swimming pool on the main page, that's what i would have expected. Upon arrival we were in the middle of a 32 o C heatwave and the plan was for me to go to work and my wife, use the pool, what we didn't know was that the pool didn't open until the 17th June. Also in the same complex seems to be some kind of recording studio, with music blearing out well into the early hours.

Don't waste your time and money

In and out of hotel is like a prison camp, you have to wait for iron gate open if and only if they notice you are at outside gate. I have to claim over a 10 feet gate to go to lobby tell them to open gate for my wife I guess the area is very bad. Too cheap to install a door bell. Breakfast don't bother. Swimming pool a joke

L’acceuil n’a pas été très sympathique... Au départ c’était un peu mieux La chambre est propre, mais il ne faut pas aller voir dans le détail (support de douche qui ne tient pas, joint de baignoire couleur jaune pipi etc) Bruit de la VMC en route H24 Malgré cela, chambre propre et équipements bien pensés

La chambre était agréable, propre et confortable. Le seul petit regret est l’absence de mini-réfrigérateur, même si l’équipe a accepté de conserver certaines de nos affaires au frais à la réception, ce qui a été très apprécié. En revanche, l’accueil mérite d’être revu. La réceptionniste présente lors de notre arrivée ainsi que celle du matin étaient souriantes et professionnelles. Malheureusement, ce n’était pas du tout le cas de la réceptionniste des soirées de samedi et dimanche. À chaque demande (conserver des produits au frais, ajouter des glaçons dans nos gourdes, réserver le petit-déjeuner…), nous avions systématiquement l’impression de la déranger. Aucun sourire, pas de bonjour lorsque nous rentrions dans l’établissement, et une attitude qui donnait vraiment le sentiment que le client était une contrainte plutôt qu’un invité. Le dimanche soir, nous avons souhaité commander une pizza. Une carte des pizzas, boissons et glaces était pourtant affichée à la réception et également mise en avant dans la chambre. La réponse a été un simple : « Non, on ne fait pas », sur un ton sec, sans aucune explication ni formule de politesse. Si le service n’était pas disponible ce soir-là, cela aurait été parfaitement compréhensible. En revanche, la manière de le dire est tout aussi importante que la réponse elle-même. C’est vraiment dommage. Ici, c’est malheureusement l’accueil qui restera notre principal souvenir.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bruyant. Réveillé en sursaut à 3h39 par des portes qui claquent. Et des aller retours et autres bricolages. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas les 10€. Je déconseille vivement.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit, et nous avons été déçu lors de notre arrivée à CAF, nous avons vu l’extérieur et celle-là nous a pas plu. Néanmoins nous avons quand même passé une nuit agréable. Le petit déjeuner était juste pas assez copieux car nous avions plus de petits pains de viennoiseries et de pain, le personnel n’en a pas remis et la vue sur la piscine était pas très joli car elle était verte, pas entretenue, ils avaient commencé à élaguer mais tout traîner ce n’est pas du tout conforme à la photo initiale. par contre nous n’y retournerons plus. Cordialement

Pas pu consommer au bar aucune boisson fraîche que du Schweppes Pas de piscine comme l'indique le Site . Parking impraticable pas de marquage donc résultats les gens se gare un peu comme il veulent ou comme il peuvent quand on arrive tous est en friche dehors sur le site l'hôtel est blanc en réalité il est Bleu vu de l'extérieur cet hôtel fait abandonner fleur fanée peau cassée chaise dégueulasse chaise renversée sur les terrasses et piscine inaccessible grosse déception surtout quand on réserve un hôtel avec piscine est-ce que concert machin les cuvettes à moitié rongés cassé les meubles prêt à tomber dès que vous mettez un cintre. Baignoire tachée dommage. S'il reste à côté était accueillant, nous aurions peut-être pu faire l'impasse sur les états de la chambre qui demanderait peut-être une révision si le reste était conforme au site par contre ce qui concerne les femmes de ménage. Très agréable et serviable même quand on voit le matériel vétus qu'elle ont pour travailler Merci mesdames !

Isolation phonique des chambres à revoir le moindres bruit dans le couloir est audible le service de ménage ne se soucie guère de la pancarte qui indique que quelqu’un dort dans la chambre, ça discute dans le couloir comme si t’étais seul au monde d’augmenter notre volonté de nous réveiller à 9h 6h du matin. Nous étions réveillé. Donc si votre séjour est professionnel et que vous désirez vous lever de bonheur. C’est un hôtel pour vous.

Un établissement sale et vétuste avec aucune isolation phonique il est marqué sur le site qu’il y a un restaurant mais il n’existe plus. En tout cas impossible de manger le soir. On vous demande ensuite une caution bancaire de 150 € qui sera restitué après visite de la chambre Un. Des pires hôtels que j’ai pu réserver, on entend clairement les discussions des chambres d’à côté. À fuir absolument

150€ de caution, pour une chambre on ne peut plus basique et ancienne, incompréhensible. Dame de l’accueil pas agréable du tout, et petit déjeuner vide pas de salé, quand on demande à la dame elle répond désolé mais je suis seule. Bref 1 fois pas 2, il y a pleins d’hôtel dans ce secteur.
