"★★☆☆☆ – Very Disappointing Experience I expected a much higher level of service from Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, Spa & Casino, especially considering the reputation of the property. Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service skills. Rather than making guests feel welcomed and valued, their attitude made the experience frustrating and disappointing. For a resort that promotes itself as a luxury destination, the level of service was...

"The resort is beautiful! The staff is amazing and so helpful. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The AC is blasting away. However, please make sure you bring bug spray along with you because the mosquitos out there will gang up on you. There are water sources all over the resort which doesn't help the mosquito situation. The gym is so nice! They also have a small cafe for coffee, ice cream/sorbet, pastries, and grab and go sandwiches. The food is good but wished there were more vegan/plant...
