"The property is an old Margaritaville that was recently purchased by Hyatt and turned into a Dreams. When we first tried to check in we asked to upgrade to the villa area bc we wanted to have access to the kid free pools. So we paid an additional $1750. We were told that this included a villa with a butler, upgraded liquor and access to adult only pool. We waited 4 hrs to finally check in. We were then taken to the villa that had dirty area rugs. To this day I have yet to meet this "butler"....

Our room smelled like throw up when we first got there told the cleaning lady that was in the hallway to change our towels because that's where the smell was coming from , the lady never came back with towel replacements .
