Our room was very small. Bathroom which included toilet and wash basin couldn't have been more than 1.5m x 1.7m. It was difficult to use. On the positive; the staff were lovely and helpful. Amenities were ok.

When i come to Osaka I will always book here. This hotel really caters to their guest. English speaking friendly. Happy hour specials, unlimited tea and coffee. Free water bottles left in front of your room everyday. In heart of the city. What more could I have asked for.

Good hotel for what we needed. Just needed a place to sleep while we spent most of the day exploring Osaka. Very close to Dotonbori, tourist locations, and a ton of food. Overall a nice hotel. Smaller rooms, but enough for 2 people and our luggage.

Hotel offered free drinks and ice cream in the afternoon and early evening. There were also 2 massage chairs in the lobby for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of Japanese and western items and the menu changed daily.

This is an amazing hotel. I would choose it again. The breakfast is good. As is the free beer and ice cream in the afternoons and free coffee and tea all day. The location is super convenient to the trains and the canal.

great hotel, but only catch is that me and my younger brother are 2 big buffed guys so we can barely fit together but overall, its a great hotel with great location to attractions

This hotel is a bit on the dated side. Bathroom was really tiny. But the location is unbeatable! Right in the center of Dotonburi. The hotel offers free breakfast (which has the traditional Japanese breakfast items that include pastries & desserts) & snacks through out your stay from free coffee, alcohol, and even ice cream to even providing a midnight snack of instant ramen. I would stay here again. Great amenities offered by hotel.
