Property Has 3 out of 4 Elevators out of order.. The room had many broken or leaking things.. Some lights didnt work, stains on the carpets.. Low quality, only nice thing was the view of other nicer Hotels.. Do not Recommend at all.. They Need to put some money into the hotel and fix all the issues..

Pool with a view
We stayed on 35 floor and room was well furnished and comfortable. The pool on 37 floor has wonderful view of city and is a very good sized pool and is open until 10 pm. Breakfast was a good buffet style breakfast. The downside - one lift was not working at all throughout our 2 night stay and we were often left standing waiting for the lifts for a long time - actually 20 minutes on the day we checked out at 12 noon. We had a late flight but were not allowed to use the pool after checkout. There were no facilities for taking a shower before leaving but they did look after our luggage. Room service is only available if you press a switch near the door requesting it. We had not noticed the switch so did not get our room serviced. The hotel is situated in a rather difficult place for access unless by car and my partner was disappointed that there were no eateries close by. The Sunway Putra Mall is however within walking distance and has my favourite Malaysian Restaurant “Secret Recipe“ along with many others.

Internet connection is not good
Breakfast was so so, and internet wifi does not work. Moreover, local mobile coverage is just 3G at the room.
