"Perfect location. Friendly staff. Especially megan who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Ideal base to explore, chilled atmosphere and offers daily activities. Only negative was the very loud doors banging closed up and down the corridor 24hr a day. "

"Rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. Showers were okay but could be a bit cleaner or have shower doors/curtains to keep the remainder of the bath dry. Other than than the staff were friends, location was amazing, with a easy check in/check out "

"My 3 nights stay was 1 bedroom suite with bathroom. Because of the noise from the bar, I could sleep after 2am. The next day morning, I requested room change. FD offered me a room after 3pm. I found out water was leakng from AC. Since hotel was full house, I told FD that I would try to stay. Due to the smell from the carpet, I requested a new room at 5PM. She told me Maint would be there later and tried to fix for me. After I came back from dinner, no maint was there, I asked FD more towels to...

"It was good. What you would expect from a hostel. I did not see any plates or utensils available I was only there for one night so I just used my own but did not see anything written about getting it from the front desk but other people seemed to have utensils from the front desk. They also have signs that they will kick you out if you do not wash your dishes immediately so there was not a pile up of dishes - but the dishes seemed like they were half washed. Nothing new for hostels. "

"Things got stolen on two occasions. I asked the staff to check the cctv and they seemed very reluctant and then agreed to. They said where I was located was the one area they don’t have cctv. Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. It doesn’t seem like there is any authority or professionalism. Other things. No towels to rent, but then saw others...
