"This hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly and always greeted us when coming and going. Highly recommend getting premier rooms as they come with breakfast every morning, fresh flowers in lobby, wonderful fragrance, security doors to rooms and a beautiful lounge with free bottled water and tea. It was a nice quiet place for our group to meet before going out for the day. The buffet L’ETOILE in the hotel was all 8 of our favorite restaurants to eat at this hotel. There are 2 places to have your included breakfast, L’ETOILE is the best. Room size was adequate and all amenities were excellent. My husband and I LOVED the toilet and the fact that the ventilation worked VERY WELL. Let’s just say you never have to wait for the air to clear before the next person uses it, but I think that may happen at all hotels because it certainly was the case at the public ones too. Metro station is only a few blocks from hotel and Imperial Palace was also walking distance away IF you enjoy walking less than a mile. We will be coming back and staying at Daiichi"

"Fantastic location - on Ginza Corridor - walkable to Ginza main strip in less than 7 mins. Loads of restaurant options nearby, as is 7-eleven and Family Mart. It's a super touristy hotel and if you like a social scene, the bar at reception is very happening. For us, we picked it because of the location and also because it was a last minute trip so finding a hotel at a reasonable rate in peak season was quite the challenge so this hotel definitely helped to tick the location box. Actually the room is fine, but be aware if your window faces the rail road tracks you may have to draw the shades. Would we recommend - yes absolutely. The price point and location really can't be beaten."

"Conveniently located hotel for a short stopover. Many rooms have no view from window. Rooms clean and well equipped. Breakfast only runs till 9am, is in a very small communal area and food was generally poor. You are provided with tokens to use outside as an alternative. 4 washer/dryer machines not enough as many guests seem to want to use them and a wait is usually involved. Staff very friendly and helped with the luggage send-along service"
