"This was a remarkable experience! From the moment you are greeted at the door of the hotel, you leave the hustle and bustle of Tokyo behind and you are immersed in an authentic ryokan experience. The private onsen on the top floor of the building really sets this hotel apart from other luxury hotels in Tokyo. The quality of the staff was excellent throughout, and although this hotel is in the main business district it is right next to the Otemachi metro station and about 15 min walk to the main Tokyo station so the transport links are excellent."
"The bathroom was excellent—especially the shower-tub area with the rainforest shower. The dual sinks made getting ready in the mornings easy and efficient. The restaurant was also outstanding."
"Very clean room! Room was perfect for our family of 4. Very convenient and quiet location. Very easy access to Shibuya and Shinjuku Bus Terminal. Would stay againa"
