"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. "was unsure about this place bc it was brand new without any reviews when booking but ended up loving it. the staff were super helpful being there 24/7 and helped w any questions w had and were all fluent in english. the room was great and clean but was quite small but that was expected for tokyo but there was storage under the beds which was great. walking distance from many different stations. however the area is quite quiet at night with not many places open at night but there is a 7/11 across...

" We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's new, spotlessly clean, and located in a quiet area of Ginza. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to the subway station and with a Family Mart nearby for anything you might need. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. A special thanks to Aswini, who assisted me with shipping my luggage to my next hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. "
