"It’s an amazing property. Great Thailand experience. The staff is wonderful. I especially must give an exceptional review for Reena our tour guide from the hotel. We had a great experience. The only problem that we experienced is the trolley situation. The resort is large so I would suggest have the trollies going around more often. Otherwise it was perfect "

"The staff here are literally the best. I stayed at 6 of the 5 star resorts in patong and I can say this is the best by far. Adult pool is my go to, but they put out a floating walkway that kids run across in the main pool. It’s quite amusing to watch. This hotel holds movie event, foam events and so much more. Every night is different. It’s heaven. I won’t stay anywhere else if I can help it"
