The hotel lobby is undergoing major renovations, but aside from that, we had a pleasant stay at this excellent hotel. The rooms are clean, well-renovated, and reasonably sized. The hotel is conveniently located near two different subway stations and just one stop from the heart of Shinjuku.

I like that this hotel is near to the JR Otsuka Station. Makes it a whole lot easier to travel anywhere. There are nearby Lawson and Family Mart for quick konbini runs as well. Overall, would love to be back!

By far this is the best hotel in Tokyo that we have been in. The location is perfect. Very near-2 mins walk to the Train Station (Tsukuba Express Line ). Walking distance to all the tourist attractions, convenient stores, shopping malls and food outlets. Room is significantly bigger than most of the hotels around tokyo of the same rate. I cant sing enough praises for this hotel. Location is top notch. Very near the Sensoji shrine and all the stations. The vibe is also very vibrant but quiet at the same time. The room is huge for Japan’s standard and very clean. Many combinis around and the staffs are all very helpful. Definitely recommending this place.
