"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. We were within easy walking distance to the train station, shops, and pubs."

"Room felt very warm and, despite asking at Reception before we went out for the evening for it to be adjusted, it didn’t seem any cooler when we returned. Nice, smart hotel in convenient location but I did not feel comfortable with the security, or rather the lack of it. Rooms are accessible directly from the bar and restaurant areas with no need to show or swipe a room card to gain access. If I were travelling alone this would be a huge issue for me and would make me want to go elsewhere."

"We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"
