The staff were lovely. The hotel and room were absolutely fine. I can't comment on the area because we were just passing through. It's very convenient for the motorway and not too far from a delicious Thai restaurant.

The accessible room i stayed in was clean and in great condition. Good quality bed linen and a choice of firm or soft pillows. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Breakfast choices were good. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy best ive had in a hotel. The food was lovely and fresh as well as hot. Gluten free and oat milk were provided too. Choice of fruit juices and cereals too. Very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff in restaurant, small family rooms

Hotel is nice and clean but the family rooms are very small and once the extra bed is open there is virtually no space left. So the rooms are only good for sleepover. the breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant was excellent.
