Prangin and 1st Avenue malls are 5 mins walk from the hotel.The free CAT Rapid bus is located by the ferry terminal and takes you around the city loop. If you come by ferry you can take the CAT bus to the hotel which stops opposite Prangin mall.The staff especially Kasthuri and Joey were incredibly helpful and ready to provide info and tips on approach. Thank you for a very comfortable and pleasant stay."

Our room was beautiful, a suite opening up onto the garden next to the waters edge. The room is beyond comfortable and quiet, a beautiful experience. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is quiet and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, we had one of the best Nasi Gorengs here. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in George Town. "
