"This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow."

"Just a dirty property. Sheets were stained and had hair on them which weren’t mine. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Front desk is rude. They don’t say hi just stare at you. When checking out I was supposed to receive my deposit of 80. But they only gave me 50 even tho there staff said I would receive my full deposit once I check out. Also the hotel isn’t near anything and cost more than hotel in KL with better amenities. Just go somewhere else. "

"The advert was exceptionally deceiving. The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom. They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. Expedia thankfully helped us go somewhere else which was so great of them. Thank you...
