"朝食は何をいただいても美味しくて驚きました。 国内外の色んなホテルの朝食をいただいてきましたが、その中でも特筆すべきお味でした。 また、スタッフの方々も気持ちの良い挨拶をしていて、朝から気持ちが上がりました。 ホテルに関しては満点です。 ただ利用したプールについては、クレームを伝えました。 更衣室で着替えていたところ、高齢の会員を名乗る方から、入り口のドアを開けるように言われたのです。 コロナ対策のためと言われましたが、更衣室内に空気清浄機もないのです。 そもそもこちらは全裸で着替えているのに、誰かが入ってくる危険性を考えないなど、これがホテルの対応だとは驚きでしかありません。 ちなみに渡されたタオルも薄っぺらでガサガサしており、バスローブはありませんでした。"
