"This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed in in terms of quality and value. The rooms was in greay condition. The location is perfect for a quick commute to the convention center and everyone at the property is very nice. The gym is also great. "

"Very decent for the price would stay again.... noisey ac unit was the worst part but small inconvenience for the price and space provided."

"Everything was awesome with the exception of the quality of the garage. I was uncertain if it closed or being renovated. There wasn’t any direction on instruction where to go or get around in the garage. I didn’t not feel safe at all."

"We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. "An amazing hotel in a great location. The place was spotless, great design in a great location in the Warehouse district. Close to streetcar access and central to many attractions and the Quarter. Paying for parking is typically extra in the area, but there is a pay lot right across the street so you aren’t far from your car. I highly recommend this place."

"The place was very nice and large. The apartment is not noise proof at all. The sound coming from the hall outside felt like it was inside the apartment. At 3:30 in the nothing someone was emptying the garbage and it woke everyone up. The sound from people walking in the apartment above us was also an issue since they were still up past 1am. Loved the tall ceilings and convenience to French quarter...1 block from Bourbon Street. 2 washrooms was a plus too. Overall a nice place but not noise...

"This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none."

"I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. "
