When I walked into the area, I was surprised at how large the space was and there is an outdoor sitting area. The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc). My cousin and I were very interested in the spa upon arrive but since we saw it wasn’t “included” or notified, we decided to make other arrangements. "I don't like the fact that you pay an additional 29.95 a day resort fee and then have to pay $25 a day to reserve a lounge or cabana by the pool. Pool is tiny. TV streaming was stopped working. They sent someone did not solve problem. This is a very cool hotel. The stall was super nice. I liked that they give you a $15 dollar credit for the mini bar if you skip the room cleaning. "
