"Great property, location, staff, food!"

"I stayed the first of three nights, then paid a $138 cancellation fee to get out of the next two. The rooms are outdated and basic, if it were the 90’s. The showerhead was disgusting, sprayed water every direction but on me and security got called on me for talking too loud on the phone in my room. It was late, but I was just by myself, talking in my room, and felt like a punished child being up too late. I did have an adjoining room, I’m not sure if that is why the sound barrier was so low....

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "

"Other than having to wait a few hours for our room to be ready everything was great. We rode the train into town so we arrived early but went out to explore the city for a few hours. The breakfast was good but we ate out for supper. The burger place in the hotel was pretty good. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Very friendly staff, great location, nice bar. Parking is expensive, but I think that’s normal for the area. There are so many nice restaurants that we didn’t try the one at the hotel."

"Loved the location as you can walk to a lot of restaurants close to French quarters. I did not get the room i booked upon check in but Taylor fixed the issue for me the next day once a king room became available. Room was clean but definitely needs some upgrades, surroundings were quiet so perfect for a nap and goodnight sleep. I would stay there again as it was also affordable. "

"The rooms are large and comfortable. Loved that it had a couch and sitting area with its own tv. Large refrigerator. Great location and great breakfast and happy hour as well!"

"Overall great stay near French Quarter and Canal St. of New Orleans. Good room quiet on the 23rd floor. Had 3 nights with family there and the location if the Westin was perfect People working there are very helpful. Valet staff all were great!"

My family and I were rite on bourbon street with a view of it as well from my room and a 10 min walk @ best to places we wanted to see.The staff was pretty good especially ALEX she was AMAZING friendly,helpful,welcoming!!!
