"We loved the location of our room next to the second floor courtyard. We loved the location of the property between Royal and Bourbon. We did not like the flooring in the room. Wet it was slippery. We could also hear foot traffic outside our room during the night. Overall it wasn’t perfect but a nice room in a good location."

"The room was extremely clean and majority of staff ie concierge, front desk, restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside staff gave us wrong directions to our tour bus pick up located at River front which made us 15 minutes late (2 minutes from getting left behind) and a loss of $200.00. It is best to not say anything than give misinformation. Our first night we experienced cold water for shower but that was rectified by the following morning. The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. Over all we had a great experience and would consider staying at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel again."
